A Simple Mutton Gravy

A Simple Mutton Gravy is very tasty. Everyone looks hungry when they see this Gravy. And there will be no compensation for this. Many would have tried this mutton Gravy at home. However, the taste of real Mutton Gravy is unavailable.

Mutton Gravy ingredients:-

1. 300 Grams Mutton
2. Required Quantity of oil
3. Onion
4. Tomato
5. Ginger & Garlic Paste
6. Coconut
7. 4-5 piece of Cashew
8. Required Quantity of Salt
9. Curry Leaves
10. Coriander Leaves
One Spoon of 
1. Mustard and jeera
2. Red Chili powder
3. turmeric powder
4. Chili Powder
5. Chicken powder
6. Mutton powder

Step by Step 

Step 1
Heat the Require Quantity of oil in a pan on a medium heat. When the oil is hot add Mustard and Jeera.
Step 2
Once the Mustard and Jeera start to splutter add chopped onions along with curry leaves, Green Chili and saute for 2-3 minutes or until onions are translucent.
Step 3
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes and Saute till oil separates, approx 2-3 mins on low-medium Flame. or until the tomatoes are cooked and mushy. Add Required Quantity of Salt. 

Step 5
Add mutton pieces into it and roast them well Until the Mutton is Fry.Spread them evenly in the pan.
Step 6
Next add Coconut and Cashew Paste. Cook for 2 Minutes.
Step 7
Add Turmeric, Red Chili, Chili powder, Chicken Masala and Mutton Masala. mix it well.
Step 8
Add 1 1/2 cups water and bring to a boil. 
Step 9
Cook it for 10 minutes on low flame until a thick gravy is observed.
Step 10
When the Mutton is cooked, garnish with chopped coriander and serve with hot chapatis or plain boiled rice.
